This policy applies to all information collected or submitted in the Scoreo app.

Information we collect

Scoreo stores all data in Apple's iCloud service, such as game, player, and score information. This enables automatic synchronization with devices signed into your Apple ID. There is no other data that we collect or store. We have no access to this data, anything you enter into the app is private to you and your iCloud account.

Apple also collects anonymized and aggregated statistics including app usage and crash data. All data is tracked and stored in accordance with Apple's privacy policy. Data collected through Apple's analytics will be used to improve app functionality and stability.

We do not track, store, or sell any personally identifiable information.

Accessing, changing, or deleting information

All data is stored on your device and on Apple's iCloud service. You have full control to add, change, and delete your information through the app. We do not have control or access to your data.

California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We will not collect or distribute your information to any third party.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We never collect or maintain information from anyone we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website or app is structured to attract anyone under 13.

Information for European Union Customers

By using Overcast and providing your information, you authorize us to collect, use, and store your information outside of the European Union. This is all through Apple's iCloud service, and is subject to their privacy policy.

Information may be processed, stored, and used outside of the country in which you are located. Data privacy laws vary across jurisdictions, and different laws may be applicable to your data depending on where it is processed, stored, or used.
