Scoreo 4.2.0 - New Keyboard Types

I've had some ideas for keyboard improvements for a long time, but I was surprised to find when I started working on this that the previous keyboard was started in late 2018...nearly 8 years ago! It's been tweaked and improved a little over that time, but the majority of it has stuck to that core keyboard code I wrote all the way back then. I'm not sure there's any other core layout code I still use anywhere else that's anywhere near that old.

I ended up rebuilding the main keyboard in SwiftUI, but used that as an opportunity to modularize the keyboard. And with that, I've added two new keyboard types - a stepper and a calculator. I think they will both get some good use.

I'm looking forward to the stepper. There's a few games I play often like Quiddler that after you've added everyone elses scores there's a couple 10 point bonuses that get handed out. Previously the flow was to just backspace a couple times, do the math, and retype the score. But now it's just switch keyboard and hit +10.

And the calculator I think will be similar - need to double a score? Halve it? Or even add 10 like the previous example. That's all much easier inline now.

This update has been submitted to review and should be available early this next week.
